Xiaomi : 20000 Nos. Mi3 units gone in seconds ( fifth round ) next sale on August 26

In the past couple of weeks, Xiaomi has been setting some records with its Mi3 flash sale in India and this time is no different.The fifth sale of Xiaomi Mi 3 smartphone also got over in seconds today. According to Xiaomi, it took a total of 2.3 seconds for the entire batch of 20,000 phones to get sold out. The next sale is scheduled for August 26 and you will be able to register beginning 6PM later today.

 

 So far, the company has already sold 55,000 units in the previous four sales and it has been receiving overwhelming response in each round.

The first batch went out of stock within 40 minutes, the second batch was sold in five seconds. Its third batch sold out at a record less than two seconds and the fourth batch went off the rack in mere 2.4 seconds.

Xiaomi Mi3 features a 5.0-inch full HD display and is powered by a 2.3GHz snapdragon processor and 2GB RAM. It runs on highly customised Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system.

The price of Mi3 is mere Rs 13,999 which is giving other high-end smartphones a tough competition.
