How to Root all MI phones !!

The root methods present till now will stop your OTA updates. So here I am presenting another way of rooting.

Steps:
1. Flash CWM/ TWRP / Philz recovery via updater app. 
   [Mi 3/ Mi 4,  Redmi 1s,  Redmi Note 3G,  Redmi Note 4G]
2. Download this zip. UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip 
3. Move this zip file to SDCard.
4. Then Flash this zip with custom recovery, that you have flashed in Step-1.
5. Reboot !!!
6. Open SuperSu app and manage root permissions.
7. Go to Settengs and then make following changes

8.  Default access "Grant". Logging "None".



9. Enable su during boot



10. Enable Pro. Open Supersu app again.



11. Enable Survival mode for No ota break.




Note:

• If you are rooted using anyother method then unroot and root using this method to keep on getting ota.
• If still your ota update breaks please let me know.
