Xiaomi has postponed the launch of its smart TVs, Mi band 1S and air purifiers in India. want to focus on expanding its e-commerce operations
Xiaomi sure knows how to stay in news. The company's products are not finding their way in the country, yet we have been hearing a lot about them in the recent times. Only few days ago we had informed you about Xiaomi Mi 5 and Mi Pad 2 China launch dates, then came in leaks and rumours about its upcoming products, and now we are hearing that the company plans not to bring all of its devices to India. It will only focus on strengthening its smartphone lineup in the country and has postponed the launche of its smart TVs, Mi band 1S and air purifiers.
According to Country Head Manu Jain, in the 2016 Xiaomi will also focus on expanding its e-commerce operations as well as fortifying its existing smartphone business and ecosystem in the country in the year 2016.
Two smartphone devices that will make it to India this year are the Redmi Note 3 and the Mi 5. While the Redmi Note 3 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 650 processor
